An interview was conducted by me with a Nigerian Doctor some days ago.
Though the strike action has been called off and Doctors asked to resume today, the 25th of August 2014 due to the outbreak of theEVD (Ebola Virus Disease) ,the question is… Are their demands met?

I took the time out to conduct this interview so we can be acquainted first hand with the concerns of the Nigerian Doctor instead of thinking they are merely selfish and unrealistic in their demands.


Doctor, please for clarity of purpose, what is the main cause of this Doctors’ Strike?


The Nigerian doctors believe every citizen of this nation deserves the standard care obtainable.
